张果,教授,博士生导师。

2000年毕业于吉林大学,获生物化学学士学位,2005年毕业于中国协和医科大学,获细胞生物学博士学位。2006年至2013年在美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校、爱因斯坦医学院等单位从事博士后研究工作。2014年至2023年先后在华中科技大学和南方科技大学工作,任教授。2023年6月获聘为河南大学至善特聘教授,兼任中州实验室副主任。

主要从事肥胖及其并发症的中枢神经系统机制研究。利用基因工程小鼠,揭示了下丘脑IKKβ、Syt-4、A1R、E-Syt3和Stim1在肥胖形成中的作用;阐明了Tak1激酶在肥胖相关的脑血管功能紊乱中的作用;发现下丘脑室旁核催产素神经元调控结直肠癌的进展,以及下丘脑IKKβ/NF-κB炎症信号通路在动物衰老过程中的作用。相关研究结果发表在Nature、Cell、Nature Neuroscience、Nature Medicine、Neuron、Nature Communications、PNAS、Cell Reports、eLife、Nature Immunology和Advanced Science等期刊上面。现为中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员。
